MOTHER FREEDOM BAND

WHERE IT ALL STARTED:

I was born in upstate New York, started playing music in my teens as a lot of us did with my best friends. We had a band called “The 13th HOUR” We did a few gigs, cover stuff.

Playing every weekend for a while I was approached to form a new band

“MOTHER FREEDOM” .

We worked very hard to find the right people to write original music. After a few years of doing the club thing all over the North East we sent out a few demos. We got a recording deal with

ALL PLATINUM RECORDS.

This record is still played all over the world.

Playing in many church for years

I was hired as Director of contemporary music at FUMC Clermont. I enjoyed that for 17 years a very rewarding and fulfilling experience.

I joined DANCE EXPRESS BAND in 1995, This completely changed my life. This was a corporate band. I was actually making a living playing music and traveling around the world opening for the Temptations, Huey Lewis,Chicago,Hall and Oats, Vince Gill,The Pointer Sisters,KC and the sunshine band, Village People, Jim Belushy, Smash Mouth, Night Ranger, Jefferson Starship, The Romantics and so many more.
